Chris Richards is the owner and founder of Red Dog. He brings over 12 years of experience in both commercial and residential construction, followed by 15 years as a professional farrier. In 2019, Chris returned to his passion for building and established Red Dog Construction.

Tate started working at Red Dog Construction in 2020 after 3 years of farming. Since then he has been promoted to “assistant president” and self proclaimed “best employee”.

Tygh has been with us since the Fall of 2021. He brought with him 4 years of carpentry experience. He is a twin to the “assistant president” and a great asset to the company.

Amy is the bookkeeper ( and wife to Chris ). All of the employee’s know that Amy is the actual boss because she is the one who signs their checks.

Hi! I’m Holly. I’m the head (only person) of the graphic design team here at Red Dog Construction. I handle all of the web design and branding. I have my associates degree in Media Design Technology from STC and am the owner of H Photography.

Our namesake, Red Dog. We rescued Red in 2013 when he was 2.5 years old. He is a German wire hair pointer who loves to hunt, lay in front of the fireplace, and take naps.
